Shipping within Europe
Shipping costs within EUROPE are displayed at checkout, depending on the chosen products.
Shipping within Romania is free of charge for orders value over 80 EUR.
Order Processing: All orders are packed and shipped within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a notification email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Shipping in Romania: Once shipped, delivery typically takes 1 or 2 business days
Shipping in Europe: Once shipped, delivery typically takes 4-6 business days
The Carrier: We partner with trusted local courier services (GLS) to deliver your items safely.
Real-Time Tracking: Every order includes a tracking link sent straight to your email. You can follow your package's journey from our door to yours.
Drop-off Process: Packages are delivered directly to your shipping address. If you aren't home, the courier will typically leave a note with instructions for redelivery or local pickup.
Shipping outside Europe
For the moment, we only ship within Europe using our website checkout option. If you want us to ship outside Europe, please send us a message and we will manually register your order.
Custom and semi custom graphic refunds / changes
Let’s Ride SRL will replace any product whose graphic design differs from what was agreed upon with the user, or any product that is defective. These will be replaced at no cost to the user, provided the products are returned in their original condition and have not been used. All products are covered by a limited warranty of 14 days from the date of delivery (unless otherwise specified) only for manufacturing defects or errors (you received an incorrect or defective item).
Ridestyle.co is not responsible for improper installation, damage caused by faulty installation techniques, or normal wear and tear during use. Upon receiving the product, please ensure that the material is free of defects and that the fit matches your order. Once you have started installing or using our product, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. You may cancel your order and receive a full refund if it has not yet been processed by sending us an email within 24 hours of the order date.
