Refund policy

14-day right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this distance contract without giving any reason within 14 calendar days from the day on which you (or a third party other than the carrier, indicated by you) take physical possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, send us a clear statement by e-mail to hello@ridestyle.co, or use the withdrawal form available on site. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication before the 14-day period has expired.

How to return a product

•Return the product complete, with all accessories (zip ties, instructions) and, where possible, in its original packaging.

Refunds
We will refund all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery to you, no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, at no extra cost to you. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied proof of having sent them, whichever is earlier.

Opened or applied products
You may open the packaging to inspect the product, as you would in a shop. However, you are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning (Art. 14(3) of Romanian Government Emergency Ordinance 34/2014, implementing Directive 2011/83/EU).

RideStyle protection films are self-adhesive and single-use.
A film that has been peeled from its backing or applied to a bike cannot be resold, so its value is fully diminished. In that case the refund may be reduced accordingly, up to the full price of the product. The same applies to mudguards that have been fitted and used (scratched, dirty or drilled).

Personalised products
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised (e.g. custom-design mudguards or kits), in accordance with Art. 16(c) of GEO 34/2014. This will be clearly stated on the relevant product page.

Faulty or incorrect items
If you receive a defective product or an item other than the one you ordered, please e-mail hello@ridestyle.co as soon as possible with a photo. We will replace the product or give you a full refund, and we cover the shipping costs. See also the “Legal guarantee” section of our Terms of Service.

Order cancellation
You can cancel an order free of charge before it has been shipped by e-mailing hello@ridestyle.co.

Business customers (B2B)
The right of withdrawal applies to consumers only. Orders from dealers and business customers are governed by the commercial terms agreed in the partnership agreement.
