Returns & Withdrawal

You can withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.

How it works

1. Send your request: fill in the return form below, or log in, go to Orders, open the order and click Request return. You can also e-mail hello@ridestyle.co or use the withdrawal form (PDF).
2. We reply within one working day with the next steps.
3. Ship the products within 14 days to: Let's Ride SRL (RideStyle), Str. Ioan Huniade nr. 18, 500449 Brașov, Romania. Return shipping is paid by the customer.
4. We refund you within 14 days, using the original payment method.

Personalised products – items designed by you in our configurator or made to your specifications – cannot be returned, as they are made especially for you.

Please note: protection film that has been peeled off its backing or applied to a bike, and mudguards that have been fitted and used, cannot be resold – the refund may be reduced accordingly. Faulty or incorrect items are replaced or refunded in full, and we cover the shipping. Full details in our Refund Policy.
