Rider's Collection Challenge – Official Rules

Art. 1 – Organiser
The “Rider's Collection Challenge” (the “Contest”) is organised by LET'S RIDE SRL, registered office in Sanpetru, Str. Uranus nr. 2, Romania, Trade Register no. J08/803/2015, VAT no. RO 34551071, operator of the RideStyle brand and the ridestyle.co website (the “Organiser”).
The Contest runs under these rules, which are binding for all participants and available free of charge on ridestyle.co for the whole duration of the Contest. The Organiser may amend these rules by public notice on the website; amendments apply from the date they are published.
Art. 2 – Period and territory
The Contest runs from 25 October 2026, 00:00 to 15 November 2026, 23:59 (Romanian time, EET), in all member states of the European Union, through the ridestyle.co website.
Art. 3 – Who can enter
Any individual aged 18 or over on the date of entry, resident in a member state of the European Union, with a customer account on ridestyle.co.
Minors aged 14 to 17 may take part only through a parent or legal guardian, who creates an account on ridestyle.co, submits the design made by the minor from their own account and becomes the participant under these rules. The prize is awarded to the parent or guardian, and the design may be shown publicly with the minor's first name only with the minor's consent.
Employees and collaborators of the Organiser and their first-degree relatives cannot take part.
Entry is free and does not require any purchase.
Art. 4 – How to enter
During the Contest period, the participant must:
- Create a design for one of the available products in the configurator on ridestyle.co.
- Save the design to their customer account.
- Submit the design to the Rider's Collection using the dedicated option in the configurator.
A participant may submit several designs but can win only one prize.
Posting an Instagram story with the design and mentioning @ridestyle_mtb is optional and does not affect judging.
Art. 5 – Design requirements
Only designs that meet all of the following are valid:
- they are created by the participant and do not infringe third-party intellectual property rights (logos, trademarks, characters or protected images);
- they contain no obscene, discriminatory, violent or political messages, or anything contrary to law or public morals;
- they are created entirely in the RideStyle configurator.
The Organiser may remove any design that does not meet these requirements, without prior notice.
Art. 6 – Prizes
3 prizes are awarded, each a RideStyle kit produced with the winning design, chosen by the winner from the products available on ridestyle.co, worth up to 600 RON (approx. 120 EUR) incl. VAT per prize.
The total value of the prizes is up to 1,800 RON (approx. 360 EUR) incl. VAT.
Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be transferred.
In addition, every participant whose design is accepted into the Rider's Collection receives 20% off their first order, through a code sent by e-mail.
Art. 7 – Selecting the winners
Winners are not drawn at random; they are chosen for the creativity of their designs.
- 2 winners are chosen by the RideStyle jury, made up of the Organiser's representatives, based on originality, aesthetics and fit with the MTB/eBike style.
- 1 winner is chosen by public vote among 5 finalists selected by the jury, through an Instagram Stories poll on @ridestyle_mtb, from 16 November 2026, 10:00 to 17 November 2026, 10:00 (Romanian time). The design with the most votes wins.
The jury also selects 2 reserves, used if a winner cannot be validated.
Art. 8 – Announcement and validation
Winners are announced on 17 November 2026 on ridestyle.co and on Instagram @ridestyle_mtb, with their first name and last initial and the winning design.
Each winner is contacted by e-mail at the address of their customer account and has 5 working days to reply and send delivery details. If they do not reply in time or do not meet these rules, the prize goes to the next reserve.
Art. 9 – Prize delivery and taxes
Prizes are produced and delivered free of charge by courier to the address given by the winner, anywhere in the European Union, within 10 working days of validation.
The Organiser covers the tax obligations that apply to it under Romanian law. Any tax due on the prize in the winner's country of residence is the winner's responsibility.
Art. 10 – Rights to the designs
By submitting a design to the Rider's Collection, the participant confirms the design is their own and grants the Organiser, free of charge and for an unlimited period, the non-exclusive right to publish it on ridestyle.co and on RideStyle social media, to include it in the Rider's Collection and to produce and sell products with it.
The author is credited next to the design with their first name or chosen username. The author may ask at any time for the design to be removed from the Rider's Collection by e-mail to hello@ridestyle.co; removal applies to future orders.
Art. 11 – Personal data
The Organiser processes participants' data (name, e-mail, delivery address, designs created) under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), only to run the Contest, select and announce the winners and deliver the prizes.
Winners' data is kept as required by tax and accounting law; other participants' data is used only in connection with their customer account, under the Privacy Policy on ridestyle.co.
Participants have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, which they can exercise at hello@ridestyle.co, and the right to lodge a complaint with ANSPDCP, the Romanian data protection authority, or with the data protection authority in their own country.
Art. 12 – Instagram / Meta
The Contest is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms. Participants provide their information to the Organiser, not to Instagram or Meta.
Art. 13 – Final provisions
The Organiser is not responsible if a participant cannot take part because of technical problems outside its control (internet connection, third-party platforms).
The Contest may end early in case of force majeure or by decision of the Organiser, with public notice on ridestyle.co, without affecting prizes already awarded.
Complaints can be sent to hello@ridestyle.co until 24 November 2026. Disputes are settled amicably or, failing that, by the competent courts in Romania, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of the participant's country of residence.
By taking part, participants accept these rules. If the English and Romanian versions differ, the Romanian version prevails.
