Who we are
The controller of your personal data is Let's Ride SRL, a company registered in Romania, VAT/Tax ID RO34551071, Trade Register No.  J08/803/2015, e-mail hello@ridestyle.co. For any questions about your data, e-mail us at hello@ridestyle.co.
What data we collect and why
•To process your order: name, delivery and billing address, phone number, e-mail and the products ordered. Legal basis: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
•For invoicing and accounting: the data on the invoice. Legal basis: legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
•Newsletter: your e-mail address, only if you subscribe. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time via the unsubscribe link.
•Analytics and website improvement: browsing data collected through cookies (Google Analytics). Legal basis: your consent, given via the cookie banner.
•Messages sent via the contact form, e-mail or social media: to reply to you. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in communicating with customers.

Who we share your data with
We do not sell or rent your data. We only share it with the partners needed to run our store:
•our e-commerce platform, Shopify;
•our payment provider, Shopify Payments and Netopia
•courier companies - GLS
•our newsletter service, Mailchimp;
•Google (Analytics) and our e-mail provider, Zoho;
•our accountant, to the extent required by law.
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area (e.g. in the USA). In such cases, transfers are based on appropriate safeguards (adequacy decisions such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, or Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission).

How long we keep your data
•Order data and invoices: for the period required by tax and accounting law.
•Newsletter data: until you unsubscribe.
•Contact messages: up to [2 years] after our last interaction.

Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, the right to object and the right to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise these rights, e-mail us at hello@ridestyle.co. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (www.dataprotection.ro) or with the data protection authority in your country of residence.

Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies to run the store (cart, checkout) and, only with your consent, analytics and marketing cookies. You can change your choices at any time via the cookie banner or your browser settings.

Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. Payments are processed over encrypted connections and we do not store card details.
